NorthWest Crossing is a mixed-use community like no other in
Bend, and a prime example of the diversity of land uses is our
commercial and industrial areas. The NorthWest Crossing
Neighborhood Center has a blend of commercial/retail, office,
other mixed employment uses and second story housing.
Businesses located in the Neighborhood Center include La Rosa
Mexican Kitchen, Elemental Eyecare, the Garner Group Realty,
and DMK Golf Design. Parking is located on the street and in
common lots behind the buildings.
NorthWest Crossing also has developed land for industrial uses,
referred to as Districts 1 and 2. These industrial areas were
designed to serve research and development and light
manufacturing businesses (such as Breedlove Guitar, which is
pictured at left) in a park-like setting. These employment
centers are well located on arterial streets, near the high
school and the Neighborhood Center.
Lots are currently available for sale in District 2. This
property is located east of Mt. Washington Drive, north of NW
Skyliners Road and south of Summit High School.
