Did you hear? We have homesites on sale now to the public - our homesites were previously limited to buyers from our Builders' Guild. Now's your chance to build in NorthWest Crossing, without all the hassle of starting from scratch. We have worked with our Builders' Guild to develop house plans for some of our available homesites. What does this mean for you? No architects, no struggling to develop a plan and find a builder, no worrying about all those pesky details. NWX HONORED WITH THE SPIRIT OF THE WEST AWARD

NorthWest Crossing was one of six companies and individuals included in BUILDERnews Magazine's 2008 Spirit of the West awards, an annual program that celebrates innovation by builders, developers and architects. The national publication cited that one of the "winning aspects for NorthWest Crossing is the built-in aspect to promote a better community." Things such as publicly owned parks and streets, homes with inviting front porches and wide sidewalks to promote neighborly interaction were mentioned as some of the ways NorthWest Crossing has worked to achieve this goal.
