NorthWest Crossing News
An update on news and events at NorthWest Crossing.
NEW BUSINESSES COME TO NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER
We are all looking forward to the opening of Riley's Market in the new commercial building on NW Crossing Drive, but some may not be aware of all the other great new businesses in the same building. One of the remaining ground floor spaces will be occupied by Umpqua Bank, and many of the upstairs office spaces are already leased. Next door, we are looking forward to signing a lease with one of several great restaurants that are interested in the space. So come on down to the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood center: it's all right here!
CHAMPAGNE, CAVIAR, AND COMPASS PARK
Last month, we hosted a "champagne and caviar" open house at the new Compass Park Townhomes built by Craftsman Homes. We invited local Realtors and had an incredible turnout-everyone was amazed at the great use of space and attention to detail in these luxurious two and three bedroom townhomes. You can come see for yourself by contacting our office at 541.388.1992.
MIXED-USE VISION: FREMONT PLACE
Every day, NorthWest Crossing is one step closer to fulfilling its complete vision of a true mixed-use neighborhood where residents can live, work and play. On this note, construction begins this month on the first seven Renaissance Homes' Fremont Place live/work townhome units. This unique 30-unit project will occupy both sides of NW Crossing Drive on the block just to the West of Compass Park. Please call 541.388.1992 for more information on this exciting project.
