West Bend Property Company Selects The Garner Group Realtors for Neighborhood Sales

Bend, Oregon—West Bend Property Company today announced that The Garner Group Realtors will be opening a branch office within the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood. The brokerage has a proven track record of serving both buyers and sellers within the competitive Central Oregon market, and was founded by award-winning local realtor, Sandy Garner.

Among The Garner Group's 14 employees and associates are 10 licensed Brokers, seven of whom are active in real estate sales. Support staff members are responsible for transaction and account management, office and financial management, and marketing. The company will draw on its large staff base to provide quality service for buyers and sellers within NorthWest Crossing.

The new branch will be located at 2762 NW Crossing Drive; West Bend Property Company has closed the NorthWest Crossing Realty office that is currently housed in this location.

Sales within the neighborhood were previously been handled by NorthWest Crossing Realty, which solely represented real estate within the neighborhood. This model was instrumental in creating one of the most desirable communities in Central Oregon over the last six years. The Garner Group is now poised to effectively grow NorthWest Crossing as it enters future stages of development.
