NorthWest Crossing Hires New Development Assistant

NorthWest Crossing today announced that Lauren Mongrain has joined the company as development assistant. In her new position, Mongrain will be assisting the development team with projects associated with the continued support and growth of the neighborhood.

David Ford, general manager of NorthWest Crossing said, "Lauren's background, previous experience in real estate and her interest in all aspects of real estate development made her an easy choice for the Development Assistant position. Lauren will be assisting the General Manager and the Property Administrator with all aspects of developing NorthWest Crossing."

Previously, Mongrain has held several sales and marketing positions with residential, resort and retail developments around the state, including North Rim on Awbrey Butte in Bend. Her experience in the real estate and development sector has strengthened her skills in customer service, and increased her knowledge of the inner workings of the industry as a whole. Mongrain earned her real estate license in 2005 and earned her Bachelor of Arts from University of Oregon.

Mongrain is looking forward to working on a dynamic project like NorthWest Crossing and learning even more about the development side of real estate. When she's not working, Mongrain enjoys boating, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
