Takara Treasures Opens in NorthWest Crossing
NorthWest Crossing today announced that a new gift shop "Takara Treasures" is now open in its second neighborhood center building along NW Crossing Drive. Takara Treasures features a wonderful selection of East/West fusion gifts for the home, garden and spirit.
"We chose NorthWest Crossing because it is such a unique destination," said Pamela Smith, who owns the store with her husband Steven. "We feel that this neighborhood is in an exciting location with a true feeling of community."
In Japanese, the word "takara" means treasure. At Takara, you will discover a diverse blend of treasures from around the world, garden art, furnishings and hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces from artisans who sell exclusively through this new shop. An artful selection of products include home decor, jewelry, greeting cards, journals, candles, handbags, hostess gifts, garden pots and water fountains.
The store hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Takara will offer extended hours after Thanksgiving for holiday shopping. Takara can be reached at 541-385-1144 and is located at 2754 NW Crossing Drive Suite 101, next to Sage Cafe, Healthy Paws pet store and portello winecafe.
