NorthWest Crossing Offers Custom Home Building Program

NorthWest Crossing announced the launch of a new residential building program, "Custom Choice @ NorthWest Crossing."

The neighborhood has added this program to existing offerings to allow potential buyers to select a lot and work directly with a NorthWest Crossing approved builder to design and construct the home of their choice. Currently, there are about 20 builders participating and the remaining lots in Phase 7 of the development are available for Custom Choice @ NorthWest Crossing.

"We have never had any set floor plans or model homes in NorthWest Crossing, so living here already means that you will have a home that is nothing like your neighbor's," said David Quiros, principal broker for NorthWest Crossing Realty. "Adding a new program like 'Custom Choice' just provides one more unique alternative for our buyers."

Buyers that are interested in the program can review builder portfolios from several builders to find the perfect fit. The portfolios can include photos of recently completed homes, builder information, customer testimonials and an outline of steps associated with the building of a custom home.

Custom Choice @ NorthWest Crossing will add to the neighborhood's goal of diversity in home types and styles. Until now, the creation of a memorable and attractive community has been achieved through a unique approach to building where the developer sells ready to ready-to-build lots to an approved team of builders. Because each home is custom designed by the builder-including the floorplan and materials used in the home (in accordance with NorthWest Crossing design guidelines)-the neighborhood has a truly traditional feel Custom Choice will continue this practice and give the buyer one more option for building a home in NorthWest Crossing.
