Crossing is the culmination of the vision of two Central Oregon
real estate developers,
Tennant Family Limited Partnership and Brooks Resources
Corporation, both with a tradition of outstanding
community developments in Central Oregon. In 1999, these two
companies formed West Bend Property Company LLC, an equal
partnership created to acquire and master plan NorthWest
Crossing. The results have been nothing short of extraordinary.
