Companies is the parent organization for two
distinctly different consulting practices. Privately held, the
companies are located in Bend and Portland, Oregon and have
been in existence for over ten years.
Tompkins Benefit Group provides employee benefit plan consultation and service for employers in the Pacific Northwest ranging in size from two to two thousand employees. The primary practice lead, Deborah Tompkins, has 27 years of benefit consulting experience working with large and small corporations. She has a unique understanding and expertise arrived at from her strong benefit plan experience in a variety of industries, coupled with building her own practice from an idea to a reality. She is a business owner herself and knows how to structure a benefit plan that works.
Tompkins HR Group provides customized human resources consultative services to employers in the Pacific Northwest ranging in size from two to five hundred employees. Day-to-day consultation and support is provided by two primary practices leads; Craig Fraser, who is based in the Bend, Oregon office, and Melissa Humes, who is based in the Portland, Oregon office. Together they offer the combined human resource management and supervisory experience to understand and address internal management objectives for our client's most valuable asset - their employees.
