Starting in one beautiful area and landing in another, Dennis
Staines started his career in 1972 in construction as a framing
contractor in Lake Tahoe, California, then moved to Sisters,
Oregon after 6 years. He has been in Central Oregon since
then.
Committed to well crafted and energy efficient homes, Dennis
also makes sure that his customer's homes are compatible with
the land upon which he builds. Recent customers Mike and Susan
Foster say, "We truly feel fortunate and will forever be
thankful for your help and guidance. Not only have we ended up
with an incredible house, but we also feel as though we have
met and made and incredible friend."
His commitment to his workmanship is apparent in his guarantee
to the original owner that he will repair or replace defects in
materials or workmanship for up to ten years. Dennis
participates in the Central Oregon Builder's Exchange, and is a
board member of the Deschutes United Way, as well as a
volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization in
