It is integrity and commitment to quality that are most
mentioned by those speaking of working with the Mikel
Lomsky Company to complete a project. After graduating with a Business Degree from
the University of Arizona, Mikel returned home to Oregon to
pursue his career in building.
Starting with restoring period homes and placing them on the
National Historic Register in the historic town of Coburg,
Mikel went on to build custom residences as well as commercial
projects that are often mistaken for restored vintage
properties.
His start in Historic Restorations developed in him the belief
that quality is ensured by attention to detail, in that concern
for all of the small details in a project creates its overall
quality and integrity. This
devotion to detail and quality is reflected not only in his
design and materials, but also the caliber of subcontractors
that he uses and the high quality of service his Company
provides to its clients. The
Oregon Downtown Development Association recently awarded to
Mikel the Creative Solutions Award for Excellence in Downtown
Development for a residential development he completed in
Coburg. Over the last five years,
Mikel has focused on building beautiful custom and spec homes
in Eugene and Coburg area and is constantly sought out for work
solely on the basis of his reputation for quality, service and
gracious design.
Mikel, along with his business partner and wife Amy Divita,
have recently relocated to Bend from Coburg and are very
excited to be living in NorthWest Crossing themselves. Amy brings years of experience in
Business Administration and Construction to the company and
will help guide clients throughout the building process and
will ensure that their expectations are always exceeded.
