With over 30 years of homebuilding experience, Jeff and Judy
feel "at home" in NorthWest Crossing. The Welch's
relocated to Bend in 2000 after building in Eugene, Portland,
Hawaii and the Oregon Coast.
Quality over quantity has always been Ironwood's emphasis and a
group of talented, dependable sub contractors are key to the
outcome of each and every project. Jeff and Judy both
interact with sub contractors and participate on a daily basis
during all phases of construction. From
Ultra-Contemporary to period Craftsman, attention to detail is
first and foremost.
Jeff and Judy enjoy their freetime pursuing outdoor
recreational activites available just minutes from NorthWest
Crossing.
