Hickman, Williams & Associates began as a surveying
partnership between Gary Hickman and David Williams in 1987.
The partners set out to develop an organization based on highly
skilled personnel supported with state-of-the-art equipment. In
July 1990 the partnership was incorporated and has since grown
into a firm of 34 professionals and associates with over 500
years of combined civil engineering and surveying experience.
The firm's principal owners are now David Williams, Matt
Steele, Philip Baldner, James Dowell, John Kahlie and Peter
Manley.
