NorthWest Crossing has recently implemented a new residential
building program, Custom Choice @ NorthWest Crossing.
This program has been added to the variety of residential
options in NorthWest Crossing to allow potential buyers to
select a lot and work directly with a NorthWest Crossing
Builders' Guild Member, or a builder of their choice, to design
and construct the home of their dreams. Currently, there are
approximately 45 lots available for sale in NorthWest
Crossing's phase 7 and phase 12. Lots that are available for
sale come with some restrictions, mainly that construction of
the home start within 12 months of closing on the lot sale.
There are also some incentives for using a member of the NorthWest Crossing Builders' Guild (5% of lot purchase price rebated upon successful completion of a home built by a Guild Member). The NorthWest Crossing Builders' Guild consists of 22 high quality, experienced General Contractors who have built numerous homes at NorthWest Crossing and understand the procedures and processes involved in designing and building homes in NorthWest Crossing.

Buyers who are interested in the program can review builder
portfolios from several builders to find the perfect fit. The
portfolios can include photos of recently completed homes,
builder information, customer testimonials and an outline of
steps associated with the building of a custom home.
Custom Choice @ NorthWest Crossing will add to the
neighborhood's goal of diversity in home types and styles.
Until now, the creation of a memorable and attractive community
has been achieved through a unique approach to building where
the developer sells ready to ready-to-build lots to an approved
team of builders. Because each home is custom designed by the
builder - including the floorplan and materials used in the
home (in accordance with NorthWest Crossing design guidelines)
- the neighborhood has a truly traditional feel Custom Choice
will continue this practice and give the buyer one more option
for building a home in NorthWest Crossing.
